Kimberly covers the Trump administration's efforts to change the federal education system, which includes downsizing the Department of Education. She argues that it has become a political tool for teachers' unions and suggests the Trump administration wants to return control to local districts. 

Regarding USAID, she also mentions the Trump administration is reviewing and aiming to cut ineffective programs while maintaining critical aid efforts.
