You never know what you're going to find when you go out to Westridge mall and Topeka kansas!

I tried to watch the debate but it was too painful. It's just like a bad show that I can't get through without cringing I had to shut it off. But it didn't take a debate for me to know that we have two people that probably should not be wanting to lead our country.

I have said the entire time that most of these remote jobs are not going to stick around. That employers are trying to slowly bring people back into the office. And no they're not trying to bring you back into the office so they can control all of your time they're trying to get work done. They're trying to give you a work atmosphere that is productive. And they also do need that depreciation expense. As I've said before employers are paying for that time and they are in charge of that time when they're paying you for that time. And people can say all they want that nobody owns your time but you would be incorrect about that.

This week started out very stressful and I have done what I needed to get through it but this weekend is Spirit mind and body fair and I saw that also will help with everything that is going on.

I wasn't raised with a lot of I love yous or cuddles or things like that. I was a very independent child and I wasn't all about the hugging. In fact we would go to Ohio that was the worst part of walking through the door of our relatives is they all wanted to hug and kiss us. I thought that was pretty gross. Are you the person that has to say I love you to somebody every single day? I love when I know that a friend was thinking of me whether they send a text message or a phone call or pick up a quick little gift because they were thinking I would like it. I really don't need the gift part of it but sometimes it just makes it so much more special to know that someone was actually thinking of you. But that can also work in the bad way when that little feeling inside you for attention isn't a positive way so you seek it out anyway you can including negative.

For anything to work whether it's a relationship work family friends you have to have good communication. But this podcast is more about what you do to keep yourself in a good mental state. And last weekend after the retreat which you'll hear more about in our most recent episode that comes out next Tuesday I found that this is something I need to do more often. And I need to do it in person.

This isn't the first time you've heard someone say you're not promised tomorrow. And for the most part that's not something that we dwell on every single day. But it does come up when someone is in an accident or dies. That's sort of a refresher of wow we aren't promised tomorrow.

When you ignore your hurt it will lead to hate. The number one thing that we have to do is take responsibility. There is no one in this world that is their to help you. We are responsible for ourselves now that doesn't mean that there's not people out there that will help you when you ask for help. But nobody is going to come running to you when you feel hurt. So remember if you do not address the hurt in your life you could spread more hate.
