I am so ready for 2023 to be over. It just doesn't seem like it should already be the holiday season. It seems like I miss something last year. If you feel as if you are not ready for the holiday season, You Are Not Alone.

What are the most important things you're going to need to do is get comfortable logging your food. People you need to be Visual and see what you're putting in your body other than what you're putting on your fork.

If you're a person who likes to help other people but then ends up regretting it later, maybe you aren't setting the right boundaries. When someone needs a place to stay because of a situation change and you say yes are you doing it correctly? Will it end up good or will it end up in a fight?

Many people get scared when they change their health Journey because I don't want to have to add a workout in. They don't believe they have enough time in the day to work out. Well we're going to eliminate those fears and we're going to get you on a Better Health journey.

What are your plans?

Your brain is not necessarily there to show you a good life. Your brain is tricky.
