I’ve been sitting with this mix for months, and I’m so excited that we finally recorded it on the Spring Solstice. The past few months have been deeply transformative, and music has been my anchor—lifting my mood, energizing me, and becoming a ritual I return to again and again.

One of the biggest themes that has emerged for me is the tension between gripping onto life too tightly—micromanaging, controlling, forcing—and the magic that happens when we surrender and let go.

This mix is an invitation to do just that. Dance in your kitchen in your underwear. Invite your friends over. Move under the stars. Dance with psychedelics. Dance completely sober. Use it in your somatic practices. Let it be whatever you need, as long as it helps you release—because life gets to be fun.
