This is the 50th episode of Kinda Geeky. Wow, we made it to 50. This episode is very special for multiple reasons. First off it’s the 50th episode (of course), also my friend Julio sat in as an interim co-host, and lastly I got a chance to interview a few people at Long Beach Comic Expo; so all of this is wrapped into one awesome episode. First up is Luis @ithinkim_luis and Vincent @vincent_wk who were cosplaying as Nightwing and Redhood. Meet Luis a year ago at the same convention, so it was nice to get a chance to interview him. Kinda the theme throughout the episode (other than the usually Kinda Geeky topics) was “Cosplay is Not Consent” and “Cosplay Is For Everyone”. Some great stories from everyone were brought up. After these two gentlemen, I got a chance to sit down with Kristina @zer0pm . She was cosplaying as Sivir from League of Legends. She shared a few great stories about cosplaying and live streaming. Also we discussed our love for one of my favorite games; Legend of Dragoons. After that my friend Luis @luciferbob (little sprite cosplay) finishes up the interviews. He had a very Nintendo evolution and he shared his job at the end, which is a pretty cool job. It has been over a month since Lillie and I have sat down and recorded a podcast together. So we have a decent amount of things to talk about. For episode 46; we start off with games like always. With the games we are currently playing, leading up to the End of the Year and Best of the Year games. Same kind of thing applies for movies. Of course I talk about Star Wars, with a few spoilers so far warning. Also movies like the Hateful Eight, Sleeping with Other people and a few others. There are a few surprising topics about what happened over the past month or so. Also with some coming up or looking forward to events. Start this Holiday season off with a bang, with the 43th episode of Kinda Geeky. This is another Far and Away episode (kinda). I went down to Temecula, Ca to interview the people behind Club Cosplay. Welcome to episode number 40. Wow, we are even closer to 50, maybe by the end of the years. We start off strong with video games and the Star Wars Battlefront Beta. Then leading into our Halo topics and how system link has seemed to disappear. I think we fell a little short on movies this time but I do make up for it with some new tv shows and animes. Well short on new movies anyways. I think we found a new topic question for people we interview in the movie category now. So video game evolution is games and a new movies question. This is episode 39, OMG we are close to having 40 episodes. Once again I am a little behind in posting a podcast. But, we are finally caught up and I have an episode or two I am waiting to post. This episode we are still waiting for new games to come out, so the episode is a little shortly than usually. However, we did get a new microphone. So the podcast should sound a little better or you hear us a little clearer…lol…Also we talk about the Club Cosplay events I attended and me becoming an Uncle. Of course we discuss our normal topics.
