July opens with a bang. Saturn and Mars in oppose each other on July 1st, then on Saturday July 3rd Mars in Leo squares Uranus in Taurus, while Uranus and Saturn are still in a square to each other. All this sets the stage for the USA annual celebration of their independence from the Old World in 1776. What’s looming in the wings is the upcoming Pluto Return in Capricorn in the USA Natal Chart. This heralds huge chaotic change both within America, but also for the world. The spirit of America has a certain magic that appeals to the imagination of people around the world. This ‘magic’ is rooted in the American psyche and represents the core values of the Founding Fathers ideals around freedom that birthed the USA. Individualism and independent action were elevated, but within a structure of community and participatory cooperation. I will be exploring this and related themes during this episode. I will cover how we prepare to deal with these intense situations, maintain equilibrium and stay true to our own inner soul compass.
