So this is an update on day 4 of the celery challenge.
If you heard the podcast yesterday you will know I didn’t have a great day and on day4 my detox symptoms have intensified.
The overwhelming tiredness and lethargy is still there. But on top of that I have nausea, my stomach feels like it is swimming a little and the mornings juice was really hard to swallow for me.
I have now discovered the best way to drink my juice is fast. I don’t mean that I down it in one but my intention is to finish it by the time I have finished cleaning the blender and chopping board etc and before I sit down at my desk.
That way it is out of the way quickly. I don’t enjoy drinking it so getting it out of the way is best for me.
