There is absolutely no wrong way to say I LOVE YOU! It is the most profound, beautiful gesture you can give to anyone. In all things new, our hearts are often fearful of going about it the wrong way or not getting the results we want. This is where we lose connection to the true intention of saying it to begin with. Instead, with the 143 RULE, we rise to love and embrace the experience of love itself.
Self love definitely can be a tricky topic to define. That is because it is so very much customized to who you are. By recognizing your evolving self, you also need to recognize that how you love yourself evolves. You can never truly get it wrong because love is infinite. So every time you grow, you get to cultivate the love to match it.
Fear is a vastly misunderstood emotion. One that we run from and try to avoid. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being afraid, instead look to it as an opportunity to see what you want to change in your life. What you truly want to feel and experience and know that you have the power to think differently. That is where true freedom lies, in the knowing that you can use your mind wisely. There is no need to run, only a way for you to face it and truly look after yourself. Because you have the capacity, to change your mind and take full responsibility for how you feel at all times. That is true freedom.
Our greatest opportunity when it comes to love is rewriting our story to the one we truly want. In order to do so, we must first admit where we are and what role we truly play in our current circumstance. Romantic Comedies are THE PERFECT guide to tell you where you possibly stand and the OLD story you are telling yourself. You are the hero/heroine of your own story. It's time for you to let in that great love. It's time for your happy ending. Or should I say. Beginning
Oftentimes we let what people say about our current circumstance or project have a direct impact on how we view ourselves. In today's episode we explore, how to move from trying to prove yourself & people validating to objectively considering the source. When you no longer worry about all the moving targets and every which right move you have to make, you must create a value system that is strictly your own. Then, your opinion and meeting your own mark is the only thing that matters.
There is no such thing as getting over something- what we truly live to do is understand it and grow. In the episode, we learn how to understand where we are within the breakup transition and learn how to be kind. Whether we are in the blame game stage or trying something new to break into new habits, you can always apply kindness to how you process each and every change. Especially as you embark on healing and uncovering the pain, Kris leaves you opening your heart -TO YOURSELF- first and foremost. From there, the capacity to move forward is an adventure waiting to happen.
Personsplaining is exactly like mansplaining except it doesn't have a gender. It's something that everyone does-so let's be real and admit that we've all done it or it's happened to us as one point or another. In this episode, Kris talks about why people do it to begin with, how we can catch ourselves doing it and create a more collaborative dialogue for all involved.
Asking for help is the most wonderful thing you can do for yourself. In this episode, Kris shows you how being vulnerable, honest and letting people in will make you a more trusting, kind person. By letting others help you, you get to let others see the potential you have to offer and collaborate in a whole new way.
In order to be qualified, one must start. In this episode, Kris speaks to the unlimited notion of potential as it exists in your mind. She also speaks to the real work that goes unseen and how redefining how you see your experience to a character mindset will change the game of what's possible for you.
When seeking the Perfect mate we often leave out ourselves in what we aspire to be in the "perfect relationship". In this episode, Kris turns the table on how you can find the perfect partner in yourself and the true meaning of commitment.
