Kinetic Leadership

Matt Adair sits down with Kenneth Ortiz to talk about the pitfalls and unique dynamics around being a volunteer, lay, or bi-vocational minister. Matt serves as the Director of Facilities and Services at Bethany International as well as being on the preaching team and in leadership at his local church. He shares several key insights that could be very helpful to some ministers serving their church on a volunteer or bi-vocational basis.

Kenneth Freire and Kenneth Ortiz discuss the importance of hearing the voice of God and the value of coaching others to do the same.
