The world - and specifically New York City - is covered in alien goo so Mayor Kingpin is like “I’ll do a Suicide Squad thing but even more corrupt.” So he grabs Taskmaster, Mister Fear and a few other jabronis and has them go find Norman Osborn and his weird hair to help them. We bear witness to goo dragon fights, some beheadings and a few witty comments along the way.
