We seem to avoid addressing the obvious conclusion of all of our lives...'death' and what are we doing now to actually 'live' the life we have been given. What' stopping you from actually living the life you want to live?

I'm walking into 2021 fearlessly and not worrying about feeling like I 'belong' in a group of friends or in an industry.

This spoken poem revolves around judgement and how it's always going to be in our lives and we have to just accept that it's happening, but not let it stop us from chasing our dreams!

This episode I touch on the concept of 'we are a make up of what we have been conditioned to be', my bittersweet, love/hate relationship with the steel works construction as a massive icon of the Illawarra, a third person perspective of myself to help understand myself better, and...is the year 2020 or COVID-19 the worst thing that's happened to us...or are we the worst thing that's happened to us?

In this episode I reflect on the concept of self-responsibility and how disempowering it can be when you expect or rely on people to make you happy or make you feel a certain way. Are we possessed by our materialistic things? Are we possessed by our relationships? Are we possessed by fear from stopping us being ourselves and possibly being ostricized by our peers? Tough questions we have to ask ourselves sometimes. Are we willing to lose ourselves for the comfort of having security in social status within our relationships by what we have?

In this episode I address the concept of losing my focus and realigning it by giving time to myself. Also touch on what XNDR KING is all about and what it is not. And just thoughts running through my mind this past week.

Throughout the week, I will be writing down thoughts that pass through my head and reflect and question my motives, morals, values etc. and try explain my thought process of how I'm trying to improve each one.
