Grief is real, but so is resurrection. We do not mourn as those without hope, because our risen King is coming again. The trumpet will sound, the dead in Christ will rise, and no believer will be left behind. Until that Day, we live as children of the light: awake, alert, and assured. We put on faith, love, and the hope of salvation, encouraging one another and building each other up. The King is coming. So, grieve with hope, live prepared, and strengthen one another until we see Him face to face.
