True leadership needs to be about loving those who are following them as John 3:16 says. From personal examples, Brother Lloyd shows the leaders that he loved because of their heart for their “sheep.” Leaders need to be servants. He also gives examples from his own leadership of what has worked and what has not been beneficial.

In this presentation, Christine Lamicela addresses “Beyond Obedience, Revisited” by discusses the three keys she has used in her child training, “cheerfully, thoroughly, and immediately.” Bringing this to our adult interpersonal experiences, do we respond in these same ways to the authorities we are responsible to?

Using illustrations from her childhood, schooling, and employment, she offers practical and Biblical instruction to leadership and submission in marriage.

The definition of ecumenicalism being discussed is:

"pertaining to a movement, especially among Protestant groups since the 1800s, aimed at achieving universal Christian unity and church union through international, interdenominational organizations that will cooperate on matters of mutual concern."
