An important equation to consider concerning the Father’s Day message is, “As goes the father, so goes the family. And as goes the family, so goes the church. And as goes the church, so goes the nation.”

This episode reveals the fact that Israel had great kings, anointed prophets and studious priests. The major failure of the nation, however, was a failure of fatherhood.

This is why the call to restore biblical manhood and masculinity must take place to provide a future and hope for our children and grandchildren.

There is a theme in Scripture that establishes a truth that traverses both the Old and New Testaments.

The battle started in the heavens, came to earth at the Garden of Eden, ripped through the pages of Holy Writ, and is manifesting in our day. Through it all, God has brought His church from terror to triumph. The Lord changes not and He is the same, yesterday, today, and forever.
