Compassion is that inward feeling that allows us to relate to the suffering and hard times of
those around us. Compassion stirs us to bring relief to situation and circumstances. We
understand that at times, we may need financial relief, food and clothing relief and spiritual
relief that comes with life challenges. Jesus is a God of compassion. In Matthew 9:35-36, He had
compassion on the multitude because He saw that they were weary and scattered. His
compassion for me, stirred Him as my Shepherd to send me a shepherd to continue to feed me
with knowledge and understanding.
