It’s always excited when we start a new Book in the Bible. The stories in Judges will leave you sad, frustrated and at the same time in awe of Gods love and grace.

Psalms 109 seems downhearted but transparent.

Acts 20 Paul says farewell to the elders of Ephesus.

Joshua 23-24, Psalms 108, Acts 19

Joshua says his final words to the people and dies at 110 years old.

Joshua gives the Levites the towns that they were promised. Chapter 22 the Israelites had a little miscommunication.

Psalms 107 shows how God ALWAYS hears us and saves us in our distress when we genuinely seek Him with all our heart and soul.

Acts 18 Paul continues his ministry in Corinth.

Joshua continues to distribute land to the Israelites.

Psalms 105 is a historical psalm of the story of the Israelites.

Acts 16 Paul and Silas get severely flogged and put on jail. God rescues them from prison.

Joshua 1-16 is a perfect record of God’s fulfilled promise.

Psalms 104 is a beautiful poetic summary of creation of the earth and mankind.

Acts 15 Paul and Barnabas defend the Gentile believers.

Joshua 13 & 14 are detailed description of which clans get which lands.

Psalms 103 is such a powerful chapter that I understand why in all of history government and leaders don’t want the people to read the Bible. If people knew their inherited blessings and power from God there would be no wars or strife.

Acts 14 Paul gets stoned and left for dead but he did not die. Paul and Barnabas travel to many areas preaching the good news.
