Growing up a sharecropper's son in the segregated South, Louie McKinney joined the U.S. Marshals Service and rose through the ranks to become the agency's first Black Director. Louie has done it all and seen it all. In this episode, we'll discuss some of the more infamous characters to have crossed his path.
