Before Jesus ascended into heaven, He gave His disciples an important instruction: don’t leave Jerusalem until you have been clothed with power from on high. Jesus knew the mission ahead of them, and He didn’t want them attempting to accomplish it in their own strength.
In this message, we look at Jesus’ promise of the Holy Spirit and its fulfillment on the Day of Pentecost. The same gift given to the believers in Acts is still available to us today—and the promise is for us and our children. We are encouraged to pursue a life empowered by the Holy Spirit, not just at church, but in our homes, families, and everyday lives.
Throughout David’s life, one thing remained at the center of his heart: a passion for the presence of God. From bringing the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem to establishing a place of continual worship, David desired to build a dwelling place where God’s presence could rest.
In this message, Pastor Daniel continues the story of David and explores the powerful significance of the Davidic Covenant and the Tabernacle of David. Through Christ, we now become God’s house—a place where His Spirit can dwell and His power can be revealed. We are challenged to hunger for more than empty religion, pursue the presence and power of God, and live with a vision that reaches beyond ourselves to the generations that follow.
God’s plan is for His people to overcome and prevail. Revelation 12:11 gives us a strategy for victory: the blood of the Lamb, the word of our testimony, and a life fully surrendered to God.
In this message, Pastor Daniel challenges us to confront selfishness, deny our flesh, and love Jesus more than our own comfort, desires, and plans. Following Jesus requires sacrifice, perseverance, and a willingness to put His Kingdom first. We cannot overcome in our own strength, but through the empowering work of the Holy Spirit, we can live surrendered, persevere through opposition, and fulfill what God has called us to do.
In a world filled with broken promises, unfinished commitments, and conditional loyalty, God remains perfectly faithful. In this message, “Unfractured Faithfulness,” we look at what it means to move beyond simply having faith in God to living a life of faithfulness toward Him.
What does it take to prevail in the face of spiritual opposition, challenges, and adversity? In the opening message of the Prevail series, Pastor Daniel Bracken unpacks Revelation 12:11 and reveals one of the most powerful weapons God has given every believer: the word of their testimony.
Discover how the blood of Jesus, the power of God's Word, and your personal testimony work together to overcome the enemy and release victory in your life. Pastor Daniel teaches how our words carry spiritual authority, why sharing our faith matters, and how speaking God's promises can help us stand strong through every battle
The sermon teaches that King David’s life and leadership were ultimately driven by a deep, consuming desire for God’s presence, which shaped everything from how he ruled to how he worshiped. After becoming king, his first major spiritual priority was restoring the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem, symbolizing the return of God’s presence among the people, and after initial failure due to improper handling, he established the “Tabernacle of David,” a new worship structure centered on continuous praise, music, and prayer rather than strict temple ritual. This shift is presented as a prophetic picture of intimate, ongoing relationship with God, where worship is fueled by love rather than obligation, and the believer becomes a dwelling place for God’s presence through the Holy Spirit. The message connects this model to multiple Old Testament revivals and New Testament references like Amos 9 and Acts 15, arguing that every major move of God carries this restoration of worship and presence. Ultimately, it emphasizes that David’s “one thing” desire—to behold God’s beauty—should define the believer’s life as well, with true transformation coming not from religious duty but from being captivated by God’s presence and responding in love-driven worship, prayer, and devotion.
The sermon on Leviticus 26 teaches that God’s blessings are tied to obedience: rejecting modern forms of idolatry, consistently honoring God through worship and rest, and prioritizing His presence above all else. It emphasizes that when people align their lives with God, they experience His peace, provision, and presence, but when they drift into idols and neglect Him, they move away from those blessings.
David stood on the edge of a decision that would have destroyed his future. In a moment of anger and grief, he was ready to take matters into his own hands. But God stepped in.
In this message, “The Mercy that Preserved David,” Pastor Daniel walks through 1 Samuel 25 and shows how God uses people, correction, and wisdom to stop us before we make costly mistakes. Through the story of Abigail, we see what mercy looks like in action and how a humble, teachable heart keeps us aligned with God’s plan.
You will learn why pain can cloud your judgment, why you need people who speak truth into your life, and how staying humble, open, and responsive to correction protects your calling.
This message will challenge you to slow down, listen, and recognize the mercy of God working in your life before it is too late.
