In these uncertain times we need hope. What does the Easter message offer and can it be trusted? We look at the evidence and the certain hope it can bring to your life today.

There’s a real need for patience at the moment, as we don’t know how long this crisis will go on for. But many of us struggle to not let our frustrations get the better of us. How can we wait well at this time, with trust in God and care for others?

In uncertain times we need something more than a vague sense that God will ‘make everything okay’.  We need more than a shallow, superficial faith – and in Psalm 23 we find a realistic, robust confidence in God that can support us through the very worst of times.

The speed and scale of the changes to our national life over the last week as a result of the coronavirus pandemic have been staggering. We are not currently able to meet together as a church so Rich talks about how we can both have confidence in God and respond sensibly to the situation.

Work is not just about having a job, but the many things we have to do in life to provide for ourselves and our families and to simply keep life going around the home. How can we know purpose, fulfilment and be helped when work is often frustrating, tiring or difficult?

Jesus calls us we should long to see other people come to know him and be active in tell them about him.  But he also tells us that what we do is often just as important as what we say.

Are you the sort of person who feels joyful a lot of the time, sometimes or perhaps not at all? Jesus made a rather extraordinary claim that he can give all of us joy which no-one can take away. What does he mean and how and can we get it?

If Jesus is such great news, why can it be so tough to tell other people about him? But this is not a new challenge. Thankfully God has promised to be with us and help us as we go and try to point people to Jesus.
