Life often brings difficult times when it feels like everything is just too much for us to handle. Whether you are a Christian or not, you are not immune to these tough times. As we look at Jesus' darkest night we can learn how to pray whilst under intense pressure.

The simplest way of learning how to do something is often by listening and learning from other people. Today we get will listen in on how a guy called Paul prayed for a Church many years ago and learn from him on how we can be stronger in prayer.

Is there a 'right' way to pray? Some Christians pray at regular times following a set pattern, perhaps with a list of requests. Others talk to God in a more spontaneous way on the hoof. But which is better?

For many Christians the subject of prayer is usually an unwelcome reminder of the failure of our own prayer life. Understanding a persons True Identity can be really important. This morning we look at the huge question 'Who is God?' and how might this affect our own identities. We see how Jesus came to shift our understanding of God and how that brings freedom in our lives to enjoy Him in this unique relationship.
