He has also made big progress in cyclocross in the last few seasons finishing 5th at the last nationals. We chatted about what changes he made to cross and his approach to training.
Caught up with Chris McGlinchey this week. Chris is one of the best riders in Ireland and to top that is multidiscipline. Having come from downhill racing to the top of road racing, he's a collection of wins and achievements. On top of this he has recently rode the E world championships, racing on line. He recently won the Zwift Tour of the North. We chatted about his transition from DH to his Zwift set up, team and future plans.

Archie F**KIN Ryan. A little late this week but worth the wait, caught up with friend Archie Ryan. I first met Archie at the UCI cross world in 2018. He was a junior then but very clued in to racing and training. He's taking a different approach to racing and has been based abroad for the start of his career with very little racing in Ireland. He's went from strength to strength and has beat some big names already. We chat cross, missing shoes, hair, Fortnite and racing in Belgium.
Caught up with Lindsay Watson tonight. We chatted about his transition from MTB to road racing near death experience, Training, Zwift and racing. Lindsay is one of the top riders in Ireland and was ranked 1st on Cycling Ireland points. He has his name on a lot of trophies on the local scene, represented Ulster and still progressing. We had a quick chat and insight to his view on Zwift racing. Many thanks for coming on board and promise to get him back in when he takes a win, to break down the race.
