As the Full Moon rises in Aries, we are invited to get physical.

To listen beyond the noise, question the stories we have inherited and recognise where doubt, shame and the need to keep the peace have encouraged us to silence our instincts.

Supporting a deeper exploration of the body, the Divine Feminine, intuition, anger, desire and the courage it takes to become more of who we already are.

As we admit not whether we can embrace change, but how ready we are to stop shrinking away from the power that makes it possible.... none more so than our own.
