Often out of our own hands or knowing

This week we are being asked to look at how we are with our feelings

The indicator of any change needed, occurring or happened

Where the fight really is

How this separation can almost affect our own perceptions of life and in turn change

How we give and receive will be highlighted

As we examine how consensual our actions are to our own heart space

Where they truthfully come from and whether any of our outdated expectations sustain us

Letting go of any facade with compassion will help us decide which experiences we wish to take forward

As we rediscover the magic of now

Rather than continually examine the carcasses of previous transformations

Are we coming from a space of beauty or duty?

If we are more able to recognise the dis-ease that occurs when we fight the messages of the body
