Kirsty is the founder of ‘Jivita’ our favourite one stop shop for everything health and wellness from supplements to food, body care, products for babies, children and everything in between. 

The boys and Kirsty chat all things from her journey of settling in Australia and transitioning from plans for a UK degree to personal training. Only to realise the fitness industries lack of finesse, leaving her longing for a way to connect it all. Which ultimately lead her to discovering Paul Chek’s holistic teachings leading to the spark of creating 'Jivita'. 

Kirsty is wealth of knowledge and she shares all the wisdom she has earned and gained from growing her business, implementing Paul's teachings, as well as her own mental, emotional, spiritual and personal development journey.
