Mr. Rosenman was one of the founding executives of IVC, helping grow the organization from $50 million to nearly $1 billion dollars within 10-years.  As SVP Corporate Growth and Chief of Innovation, he drove seven domestic and International strategic M&A transactions at IVC, and led commercial, marketing, innovation and corporate growth functions.  In 2021, he developed the Everwell Health functional ingredient platform with private equity partners and has led Everwell Health to become one of the fastest growing and most scaled branded functional ingredient companies in the Unites States via organic and strategic growth.  Prior to these endeavors, Mr. Rosenman held senior leadership positions in healthcare and nutrition at Inverness Medical Innovations and Alere (acquired by Abbott), and weight management and nutraceutical companies.  Mr. Rosenman has led several companies to successful investment and/or exit stages and has been an investor in many of them.  Steve brings substantial board experience and has served Lief Labs, Denison Pharmaceuticals, Nutrition21 and the Natural Products Association.
