Francisco grew up in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn New York and his parents came in from the Dominican Republic, where they live today. Currently serving as Sales Director (Americas) at Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), a global leader in human and animal nutrition headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, he oversees sales strategies and operations across the Americas region.

Francisco Codero leverages his expertise to drive sustainable nutrition solutions, aligning with ADM's mission to connect harvest to home through innovative ingredients and supply chain efficiency. He oversees a sales force on many continents and is recruiting and training more in 2026.

Prior to joining ADM, Francisco held key sales leadership roles that honed his strategic acumen.

He served as Sales Director at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, where he focused on expanding market presence and optimizing retail operations. His career also includes impactful positions at Lonza, Croda, and Naturex (now part of Givaudan), where he excelled in international sales, business development, and customer relationship management in the specialty chemicals and natural ingredients sectors.
