If you didn't know - Roy broke his toe and fractured the bottom of his foot. His doctor gave him a boot and some meds and gave him a timeline of six weeks. Well...the boot came off this weekend and now he's hating himself for it.

We are in the middle of our Wake Up & Win contest where local listeners will win $500 and we give that away EVERY WEEKDAY! On Friday we had a winner and her story touched another listener of ours who wanted to do something special for her. You have to listen to this touching moment.
