We all daydream about what we want our life to look like. It's hard to balance romanticizing and reality. Let's shed some light on what should be celebrated and how to change your perspective when things get difficult.

Letting go is hard. Winding up into stress is easy. Rearranging our expectations for ourselves is the key and releasing that doom and gloom stress and anxiety feeling is the key.

Restarting anything from scratch comes with anxiety. Managing new schedules causes anxiety. Life can cause so many anxieties. Moving causes the most anxiety for me. Here's some practical tips on how I have managed that over the years.

Moving is always a big transition with lots of change and emotions, adding homeschool requirements to the mix can be a rollercoaster. Here's what I learned from our 2 moves in one year.
