The character of God is trustworthy, no matter how discouraging this day is. Rehearsing the character of God in your life is a great way to deal with a difficult day. When we respond in faith, knowing the character of God, it brings him great glory and lifts up our souls. It is good to trust in the Lord.

When this is the day that everything is going wrong, it feels like your enemies are just surrounding you like bees and you can't get away from you, they are getting you where it hurts, where it's tender, and it's unexpected, and it burns - don't just rehearse your pain. Rehearse the character of God, responding to daily challenges in faith, knowing AND reminding yourself repeatedly of the character of God.
