We are back at the Island with the latest news, sports, etc. But we want you to come to the Island and meet Andres, who is an achiever on the Autism spectrum. He reveals "What Autism Can Do", with hard work, family and "It Takes a Village" support. Andres shares, with pride, his many educational and work accomplishments. He's worked at Order Up, The Witte Museum and a State Reps office. Andres lets us know he could not have done it without his Mom, Dad and twin brother Pedro and so many mentors, including his high school job coach. His great memory skills and ability to have lots of patience are due to the Coach. After chatting with this 26 year old, the ladies at the Island know he will show even more of "What Autism Can Do". Andres is continuing his education at Palo Alto College and preparing for his new job, with a software company. Andres' advice: Learn something everyday and don't be afraid of trying new things.
