A new favourite heroine!
I've waited a couple of years for an audio version of this book after a friend read it in hardcopy and strongly recommended.
It was totally worth the wait. This is a thrilling story, with a Great London backdrop. The characters are interesting and colourful, the plot is suitably macabre and in Kitty we have a wonderfully drone heroin to cheer for.
Would recommend to any mystery fans, or fans of just great stories.
What a delight!
Phenomenal writing and characterisation. Story telling at its best set amongst the backdrop of Victorian London.
