Becky's Chex Mix Experiment
Remember, this is just a first stab, so this needs tweaking. Here's take one of my curried Chex  mix, though:

• 2 cups Wheat Chex
• 1 cup each Corn and Rice Chex (I meant to use all Rice, but the container I accidentally grabbed was a 50/50 mix.)
• 1 cup chow mein noodles
• 1 cup bagel chips
• 1/4 cup vegan butter
• 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon each garlic and onion powder
• 1 teaspoon yellow curry powder
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
