Dave Moss has built his reputation setting up motorcycle suspension for riders across North America. He shows up at track days and events, puts bikes on stands, and makes them handle better. Thousands of riders have had their bikes transformed by a Dave Moss setup.
In this episode, Dave explains how suspension actually works, why most stock settings don't suit real-world riders, and what you should be feeling through the bike when things are right versus wrong. We also talk about sag, damping, spring rates, and the mistakes riders make when trying to adjust their own suspension.
This one is technical but accessible. You don't need an engineering background to follow along and use what Dave teaches.
