In today's episode, I spoke with the Scottish professional triathlete David McNamee, who finished third at the Ironman Hawaii in both 2017 and 2018 and will be one of the participants in the T100 Triathlon World Tour in 2024. I found David to be a humorous and highly passionate athlete.

We discuss the new T100 Triathlon World Tour, the fields for both men and women, the locations, David's goals for the T100, and the series' influence on the overall triathlon circuit. Additionally, we talk about David's experiences at the Ironman Hawaii and his plans for the event in 2024.
