Allison Roberts & Dr Denis: Fastercise
Imagine yourself as a new mother. You have a job you are heading back to. You have kids and a family. You have church and community. You also have extra weight. What you don’t have is a lot of time. You “weigh” your priorities and losing that extra weight looks like it is going to be the lowest priority of all things you have to get done. Right?
Introducing Allison Roberts and her father, Dr. Denis Wilson: They are the co-founders of Fastercise. As a new mother, Allison found herself in the situation mentioned above. She considered resigning herself to having to carry the extra weight for a while. Instead, however, she turned to her father for help. Her father, a world-renowned lecturer, training doctors all over the world on how to treat their patients with a special time-release technology for a variety of illnesses, had some ideas for her. Dr. Denis spent over 30 years helping folks solve challenging metabolic illnesses and had discovered that the body has systems built in that can guide almost anybody into better health. He wrote a book called, “The Power of Fastercise” that used signaling exercises to rapidly improve health.
Allison used her father’s system--all while working and having a family--and within 8 months had not only lost the weight but was able to rank in a body-building competition. They and others began to prove over and over again just how powerful, easy and enlightening it is when we know how the body operates and can “signal” or communicate with it to get to the health we need and desire. All this, using a handy mobile app that guides us in exercises that take about 5 minutes a day!!
