He brings a valuable blend of corporate and academia experience to his facilitated workshops, keynote speeches and consulting, with over 20 years as senior manager in the business commerce and telecom industries at IBM, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T Bell Laboratories, and over 15 years as university instructor. Ray is a member of the National Speakers Association and a Competent Toastmaster with Toastmasters International.

When not busy solving problems, Ray enjoys going for a run and floating down a river in his kayak.
