Soft skills are a combination of people skills, emotional skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Typically, soft skills are inherent to a particular person, and are not exactly “teachable.” While a “hard skill” might be the knowledge of CSS, a “soft skill” is something less quantifiable.
