Welcome to our first ever episode of Kpop Taskmaster! This episode has been four months in the making and inspired by the British comedy panel show Taskmaster, but kpop themed obviously. Before Kayla and Sammi even finished watched Boys Planet, the best season of reality television we've ever seen before, we also started watching Fantasy Boys, the all male second season follow up to My Teenage Girl, which really isn't similar at all to the original concept of the show. We so fast went from the highs of Boys Planet to one of the worst produced and trashiest seasons of television we've ever seen before. Join us for our discussion of the show about how every single production decision was bad from horribly portraying every contestant, to racism, to not doing enough to protect the many minors participating on the show, and last but not least the universally disliked, terribly problematic, and worst person to ever be a kpop idol who someone ended up winning this show.
