Markwayne Mullin, the Oklahoma senator who recently became Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security following Kristi Noem, is facing increased public scrutiny -- not only for his narrow confirmation but also for his personal life.

President Donald Trump hosted an Oval Office event focused on lowering prescription drug costs, but attention quickly shifted to a 2-year-old boy whose case was presented as a "miracle" breakthrough in treatment. HILARIOUS: A "miracle" toddler, Travis, STOLE the show during President Trump's press conference yesterday, rolling around the carpet in the Oval Office.

A federal judge handed a decisive legal win to Bill Maher and HBO, dismissing a defamation lawsuit filed by far-right activist Laura Loomer that sought more than $150 million in damages. In a statement to CNN, Loomer called the ruling "factually and legally wrong," arguing Maher's comment was "no joke" and describing the decision as "totally dishonest and misogynistic." On malice, the judge noted Maher testified he "had no reason to doubt" a Trump-Loomer affair, citing Trump's reported past affairs, their public closeness and Loomer's own comments about him. The court also dismissed Loomer's damages claim, writing she "has not identified a single individual who believed that she was sleeping with President Trump because of the episode or a single relationship that was damaged as a result of the episode." "Loomer testified that her income increased in 2024 compared to prior years and that she continues to speak to and meet with President Trump, he continues to solicit her opinions and she continues to receive invitations to the White House," Judge Moody wrote, adding that the "remaining evidence of alleged damages associated with lost job opportunities is entirely speculative."

Right-wing podcaster Shannon Joy sharply criticized Donald Trump during a recent broadcast, describing him as a "sociopathic abuser" and accusing him of predatory behavior, according to remarks made on her show. Joy made the comments on "The Shannon Joy Show" podcast while speaking with former congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has recently broken with Trump after years as one of his most vocal allies. During the interview, Joy framed Trump's treatment of Greene as "abusive," telling her guest: "The behavior of Donald Trump that you described, what you went through and dealt with in the last few months of your position in D.C., it was abusive," Joy said. A White House spokesperson, Davis Ingle, pushed back strongly on Greene's remarks, saying, "Marjorie Taylor Greene is a quitter who is pathetically trying to stay relevant by going on liberal media shows to bash President Trump.

Speaking on "The Shannon Joy Show," Greene claimed that Trump directly ordered then-Attorney General Pam Bondi not to release the Epstein files, adding that "he was blocking everybody" from making the records public.

The White House marked Earth Day with a social media post that was quickly ridiculed by critics, as officials shared an AI-generated meme referencing President Donald Trump's frequent claim that the United States is "the hottest country in the world." pic.twitter.com/EXiruEgcOl Trump's record includes opposition to environmental initiatives such as the Green New Deal -- often labeled by him as the "Green New Scam" -- and support for expanded fossil fuel production under the slogan "drill, baby, drill."
