Chat Transcript:

7:01 PMSheekagoHola Andrew

7:03 PMSheekagoI can almost hear it in my head

7:04 PMSheekagoMUCH BETTER

7:05 PMSheekagoMy wife and pup are also listening, just not online. So that makes it 4 ;)

7:05 PMaddictedtochaosHello

7:06 PMSheekagohey chaos

7:08 PMaddictedtochaosThe best Christmas music is instrumental.

7:09 PMLynndy Leehello

7:09 PMSheekagoTrans Siberian Orchestra's Christmas in Sarajevo is my favorite

7:09 PMaddictedtochaosFor lights I can just go to Oglebay resort. Just about 30 minutes away. And they have their yearly “Festival of Lights”

7:09 PMSheekagoI wish they'd put a hiatus on Mariah Carey christmas songs.

7:11 PMaddictedtochaosSeveral years ago for a skit on I believe it was Jimmy Kimmel, Megadeth “performed” a Christmas song. I would legit buy a Megadeth Christmas album.

7:12 PMeathdemonits illegal to write new xmess songs :)

7:12 PMeathdemonxmess and metal are kinda polar opisites though

7:14 PMSheekagoeathdemon, opposites attract

7:14 PMaddictedtochaosShe’s good, but I prefer Tarja, Nightwish’s first singer.

7:15 PMaddictedtochaosThey are on their 3rd singer.

7:21 PMaddictedtochaosI’m all for Christmas decorations and lights, but I prefer a more low-key approach.

7:23 PMSheekagoAt my workplace, two of my coworkers decorated our building to look like whoville. They also added snowflake lights to the ceiling.

7:24 PMSheekagoAnother co worker dressed up as the Grinch and went to all the buildings throwing candy canes at the staff and students

7:28 PMaddictedtochaosI still need to watch “Violent Night”.

7:28 PMSheekagoDemons are just misunderstood genies...

7:29 PMLynndy Leedemons just want to grant wished without the need for sacrifices maybe

7:42 PMeathdemonone advantage of watching forgin stuff is the kids can die lol

7:43 PMaddictedtochaosHave you ever seen “Fatman”? A spoiled rich kid hires a hit man to take out Santa because he got a lump of coal for Christmas.

7:50 PMaddictedtochaosThat is the Chapter Black arc.

8:00 PMOriana GonzálezWhen will another Eurovision reaction??

8:01 PMaddictedtochaosThey skipped Rando?

8:07 PMaddictedtochaosThat sucks, Toguro is one of the best anime villains.

8:10 PMaddictedtochaosSounds like it should have been Season 1 part 1.

Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  This month we're celebrating movies you may not have known got a sequel.  This week, my sister mandated we watch the direct-to-video sequel, From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money.  Does it have anything to do with the original?  Eh, not much.  It honestly feels like it was originally a different movie that was retrofit with a known IP to increase visibility but according to multiple sources, apparently not!

0:00 - Trivial Trivia

15:30- From Dusk Till Dawn 2 review

1:00:28- Next episode's mandated movie

We'll be back in two weeks with another mandated movie.  If you'd like to watch it, click here to find where it's streaming or available to rent.

If you'd like to watch the video version of Movie Mandates, you can do so on YouTube.  Alternatively, you can listen to and audio-only version on iTunes.  New episodes of Movie Mandates drop on the first and third Wednesday of every month!

Credits: Molehill Mountain is hosted by Andrew Eisen and Keleigh Eisen.  Music in the show includes "To the Top" by Silent Partner and is used with permission.  Movie Mandates logo and art by Lynndy Lee.
