Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  September is Back to School month on Movie Mandates (even though most of the kiddos returned sometime last month) so I mandated my sister watch School of Rock, a charming comedy film for the entire family about a man who exploits children for his own personal gain!

Wait, that can't be right...

If you'd like to watch the video version of Movie Mandates, you can do so on YouTube.  Alternatively, you can listen to and audio-only version on iTunes.  New episodes of Movie Mandates drop on the first and third Wednesday of every month!

Credits: Molehill Mountain is hosted by Andrew Eisen and Keleigh Eisen.  Music in the show includes "To the Top" by Silent Partner and is used with permission.  Movie Mandates logo and art by Lynndy Lee.

7:00 PMeathdemonbusy month games wise

7:00 PMSheekagoLOL I join and hear you grunt.

7:00 PMSheekagoHhhuuunnh

7:00 PMeathdemonbuldars gate 3, and starfeild in 2 weeks

7:01 PMExileHello

7:01 PMaddictedtochaosI’m beyond ready for autumn. Summer can go away, even though it hasn’t been that bad here.

7:03 PMVhyperHow many gates does Baulder have?

7:04 PMSheekagoAre those Kirby's ashes?

7:08 PMSheekagoThe company's name is "Name goes here".

7:12 PMVhyperBut they DO now know that your number is a real person & can sell your number to another scam company

7:12 PMExile Reminds me of that Key and Peele sketch "The Telemarketer" where they want to annoy you.

7:13 PMaddictedtochaosAs a rule I never answer the phone for numbers I don’t have in my contact list.

7:17 PMSheekagoI don't answer unknown numbers, or even some family member numbers.

7:19 PMSheekagoPierogi is one, IRLRosie is another.

7:19 PMSheekagoI used to watch several of them

7:20 PMSheekagoBlue hair is Pierogi

7:21 PMSheekagoI forgot about sunglasses guy or his name

7:22 PMSheekagoIf you haven't seen Star Wars Rebels, Ahsoka might not be as intriguing.

7:25 PMSheekagoEzra Bridger

7:26 PMaddictedtochaosI stopped caring about Star Wars when they killed off my favorite character (EU) in Star by Star.

7:32 PMaddictedtochaosAnakin Solo

7:34 PMaddictedtochaosTwins Jacen and Jaina, and a younger son Anakin.

7:35 PMSheekagoTenant is the droid, yes

7:36 PMaddictedtochaosThey were born in Heir to the Empire the first of Timothy Zahn’s Thrawn books.

7:38 PMSheekagoCaptain Hera Syndulla, the green Twilek

7:39 PMSheekagoHer droid, chopper is quite a character. He's got a few screws loose.

7:41 PMSheekagoDarth Maul knew to hit the vital organs

7:42 PMSheekagoOh, that's right she's a general in the show. I called her captain.

7:42 PMSheekagoAhsoka is a Togruta

7:46 PMSheekagoTo be fair, the map is to a planet that Luke has decided he's going to live. And Thrawn has been "exiled" to that planet. Don't know how or why. Maybe he got stranded by Ezra and Ezra made the map?

7:48 PMaddictedtochaosIs Thrawn not a Grand Admiral?

7:52 PMSheekagoSomeone has to go to the planet Thrawn is at, pay off his bar tab so he can finally get off planet.

7:57 PMaddictedtochaosA judge ruled that Ai art can’t be copyrighted.

8:08 PMSheekagoHave a good night!

8:09 PMExileTake caer!

8:09 PMExilecare!*
