Depression isn't an easy thing to handle but always remember that you don't have to endure it alone. As humans, we need that interaction with other humans to survive. In the segment, I talk about some things that are happening in the US, but mainly how to change your mood when you wake up in the morning.
JUMANJI!!!!!
This is what I am saying to welcome in the new year. 2021, here we come. On a more serious note, this episode in particular was difficult for me to record because it brought up some painful memories. Some of the people that you are closest with could be battling depression and you know nothing of it. 2020 has been a difficult year for all of us and even more difficult because some of you have lost loved ones this year. My door is always open if you need a shoulder to cry on because I have been there. 2016 was the worst year for me because I lost someone I was very close with. This episode is expressing that all of us need help in the difficult hours of our lives.

This episode is with special guest Lynsey Rushing and it's a little different than my usual topics. We are digging into her relationship and what it means to be poly. On top of that, we are also talking about kids, animals and home life.
This one a little bit difficult to do. Over the course of 2 days of recording, I dive into what I call MCC, which stands for Marriage, Commitment, and Communication. You are definitely not gonna want to miss out on this. Also, we have a special treat for you coming on the next podcast, as I will have a special guest on the show. More details coming soon!
