Places to find patterns: Ravelry, Etsy, or an internet search
Supplies needed to get started: Yarn, hook, filling, and scissors. Other handy items are stitch markers, safety eyes, embroidery thread, head pins, and a needle for sewing pieces onto the item.
Yarn can be a personal preference, but I've ordered cotton yarn from Hobbii, and I'm thinking about an order from DROPS.
Necessary skills: Magic ring to begin pieces, Single Crochet. This page on YouTube has been really helpful for me!
I find inspiration all throughout my life, but Pinterest and Instagram are my favorite places because it's easy access and scrolling. You can follow me on both platforms at @knitsewcraftpodcast.
