Ken Bogard is my business partner and the founder of Know Honesty.
He shares his story of how he was an insecure eight year old with a bowl haircut and jeans that didn't fit. He later became a bartender who thought he was the best in the business, until a manager informed him he was mostly just cleaning the bar.
He hated that feedback, but it also changed his life.
From there he built a career fixing broken things, for almost ten years as an Expert EOS Implementer, and one day saw a rule on a session room wall that became Know Honesty.
