Tracy's  passion lies in giving back, in all that she does. The world she grew up in was more than generous, which fuels her desire to be a catalyst for change in her professional life, while enjoying her time volunteering outside of her work. A natural extravert, this comes easy to her most days, but when it doesn’t she reminds herself that this is her purpose and that a life of service in this way is fulfilling. Whether she’s searching for lucky pennies or sending homemade greeting cards to friends and strangers, Tracy hopes that she is making a difference.
