In this episode we talk about ego vs. intuitive guidance from both a coach and client perspective. We need to get out of our own way in order to be present to receive. As a coach, we need to let our own beliefs and opinions aside and listen to the spiritual guidance that is meant for the client in that given moment. In addition, as the client, when you have a coach who shows up in love and presence, holding you in your highest light, you can let down your guard and feel safe to go deeper into your own growth and healing.
