In this episode of the podcast of the podcast we talked about Ready Player One, a movie that I swore to avoid until Twich mentioned that he wanted to talk about it one week. I saw the trailer and it didn’t really appeal to me. I was not expecting to love it half as much as I did. Going into it I was expecting a playful romp with cheesy romance and I got exactly what I expected. Yet it was elevated to some extreme that I have a hard time sitting here and putting it into words. I have always been a sucker for romance in films, even cheese ball romance. Ready Player One, for me, goes above and beyond anything I was expecting.

Something that Twich and I wanted to do with our comeback was to show that we didn’t take this time off as a vacation. So we revampt everything, from the ground up. I produced all the new music, subject to change in the future though. I also redid the graphics. And that’s something I’m pretty crazy about.

At 1:06:36 I went off on my nostalgia rant, so if you are looking for a millenials view (no one is) on nostalgia in the internet.

Notes on the music during the quiz: While editing I realized I hated the quiz music, so next week we will have new quiz music!

I saw Attack on Titan season 3 last night and I am very anxious to put this out to the internet. I wanted to talk about how things have changed for Attack on Titan in the last 7 years that it has been out. A lot of tone changes have occurred and it's important that we look at how the fanbase has taken that too.
