878: Know What You Want With Vidhya Srinivasan

Vidhya Srinivasan a Chief Product and Marketing Officer. She leads the global marketing organization across corporate, brand, product, client, partner and field marketing. She brings a successful track record of digital disruption, repositioning of companies and creating categories for relevance and growth. Most recently, she served as Blue Yonder's Senior Vice President of Marketing where she was responsible for brand, product and industry marketing, GTM strategy and enablement. Vidhya played a critical role in elevating the company's brand and valuation. Prior to Blue Yonder, she was a marketing leader with some of the world's most notable organizations including ServiceNow, BMC, Cisco and Oracle. Vidhya is also a board member at FirstBoard.io®.

Vidhya shares the lessons she has learn to be able to build her own confidence by knowing what she wants and going after it regardless of her circumstances.  She is also part of the USPAACC WISE, a program intended for AAPI Women that would strategically address core issues and create lasting impact in their professional and personal lives, thus empowering and uplifting them in creating and choosing their own personal choices.
