This week on the Victors in Grad School podcast we are joined by Dr. Michelle Cook. Dr. Cook is the Director of Curriculum and Special Education for the Williamston Community Schools. Dr. Cook shares her non-traditional journey which led her to receiving her undergraduate degree later in life and her perpetual love of learning that led her to the University of Michigan-Flint to study and receive both an Education Specialist (EdS) and Educational Doctorate (EdD). Dr. Cook explores the importance of pushing yourself to continue on a oath of perpetual learning and shares some of her tips on how to balance work, life and education as well as a number of other sage tips for any graduate student to follow.
