During this episode we explore the helping professional and the obstacles/barriers helpers face when it comes to the topic of money. We discuss the stigma, the structures, and the fear associated with asking to be paid your value in the helping profession. We suggest alternatives and potential ways for helpers to gain confidence or at least start questioning the narrative that has been put into place for the helping profession. Know you value, know your worth, and add tax!
